2012

Regional and State Winner - Computers 101 by Tristan Derloshon and Edward White.

Regional Winner - E-Pocket Guide to Negative Numbers by Radhika and Arte Sharma.

2010

Please congratulate one team for their video production which won both county and state awards. Next it goes to the International Competition which is the highest level of award. The video is entitled, "The Fail of Hitting on a Girl."

Also one student's Crescent Moon Kennels website won at the county level and scored 92 out of 100 points at the state level.

Web Challenge 2011, Live and eLearn Competition

Students Renee and Rachel Crozier won 1st Place and took home $750 each.

I won $500 for classroom use.

Web Challenge 2010, Live and eLearn Competition

These students created a Jeopardy Game in PowerPoint to help students review for an Excel formulas test. Their PowerPoint won 2nd place in the Web Challenge 2010, Live and eLearn Competition for the most effective use of technology. They are one of eleven teams that qualified as a finalist out of a pool of 67 entries from high schools across Georgia.

Students were honored at an awards dinner and each student received an $840 scholarship and a plaque.

Scratch

Students competed in the Scratch Game Design Competition hosted by Georgia Tech.

2012

Brianna Igbinosum won 1st place for Best Individual Animation.  She brought home a new color printer.

Mitchell Vega and Shaen Deimling won an award for Most Creative Game.

2011

Renee Crozier won 1st Place for Best Drama for her Color Guard Animation.

2010

Chris Winnie won best game.

Chris Winnie and Manny Wellington won best original idea.

The received a GPS, digital camera, Ipod, and speakers as prizes.
